Thanks for choosing my small business for your order. I promise to work diligently to get your order processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days, however, sometimes life happens and things get a little crazy. Just remember, Trammell Aroma is (usually) a one-person show here, so please bear with me. Keep in mind that our processing time doesn't include holidays, weekends, or shipping times which are totally out of my control. Processing time is a general estimate and not guaranteed, although I do my best to meet this estimated time frame. Processing time does not include transit time once your order has left our location, actual arrival will depend on the postal service.  usually ship with USPS, so check out their website for the latest shipping times. If you have any questions regarding order processing time, send me an email.

Once the US Postal Service has possession of your order, we are no longer liable for delays, reroutes, or failed deliveries. However, we want to ensure that you receive your order. We retain tracking information and we will be happy to assist you in locating your package if there are any issues. So please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order status. 

We are only able to ship within the U.S. Because of significant shipping costs, we currently offer free shipping for orders over $60 and $6 flat rate shipping for all other orders to help our customers offset shipping costs and keep our product prices affordable. We offer free* local deliveries within a 15-mile radius of Jacksonville, AL for orders over $50. If you have questions regarding delivery, please contact us using the 'Contact Us' form. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay. Please select the appropriate payment method during checkout. If you require assistance with the checkout process, please send us a message using the contact form found under the Contact Us section of this website. 

 

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY? 

All sales are final. We do not currently accept returns or exchanges once you have placed your order. However, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you are completely happy with your order. If after you receive your order, you have any concerns regarding the quality of the product or if there was a mistake on our end while processing your order, we will be happy to correct any issues! WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR CANDLE

Candles are beautiful and create a relaxing ambiance when lit. We are so thankful you have chosen Trammell Aroma to help create a serene and relaxing environment in your home; however, our number one priority is yours and your family's safety. To ensure that your candle does not pose a safety risk, it is imperative to know proper candle care. 

ALWAYS KEEP THE CANDLE WICK TRIMMED! Trim the candle wick to around 1/4" before each burn.

Never leave a lit candle unattended.

Burn on a flat, open surface away from any flammable materials and in an area free from drafts.

Do not burn for more than 3 hours at a time, over burning may cause the glass to overheat and may also cause the candle's flame to grow too high.

It is not uncommon for a candle to reignite itself from the smoke immediately after being blown out. Always make sure that the candle is completely extinguished.

Do not continue to burn a candle if the wax level has reached 1/2". If a candle is burned below 1/2 inch, the glass may overheat and pose a fire hazard. 

Do not leave a burning candle unattended around children or pets.
